Corporate employers do not want people surfing the net, playing on Facebook or spending their day reading and writing emails. They want the employees to concentrate on the work they need to do.
Knowing this, you need to engage all the employees (click to watch Part 1 of this series) and deliver your Wellness Program in a way that gets the message out, allows the employees to participate and then communicate with you to provide feedback and have their questions answered in a way that keeps them off the net and out of their email programs.
Remember corporations are looking for ways to save money and that is the driving force behind starting a Corporate Wellness Program in the first place. Saving money is not only about lowering the insurance premiums. It is also about increased productivity. Nothing increases productivity more than keeping employees focused on their work rather than their email, the internet and the Social Networks. You show a corporation you can do that as well as engage all their employees and you will be leaps and bounds above the competition.
