Here are the rules:
1. Newsletters are not effective to get people to leave you their name and email on your website
2. Newsletters must have a variety of valuable content and not just be about your specialty
3. Newsletters should only contain teaser paragraphs with “Learn More” links
4. Newsletters should be sent on Saturday mornings early
Most important however is that you should be able to choose the content you want in your newsletter, be able to create it in just 10 minutes, get it out to your database and in the Social Networks and do it in a way that is so easy any staff member can do it for you.
