Everyone knows that you need a Facebook Like Page if you are going to promote your business or practice on Facebook. Your personal page is not made for business related content even though a lot of people have trouble separating the two.

If I have both a personal and business facebook page do you recommend a particular software to post to multiple pages and even multiple socail media outlets (ie. Twitter) at once?

Not really you can just import your RSS feed to your Like page as this shows and then also upload it to your friends page if you want. Then just link your twitter and your facebook and any other social media sites together.
