Hello and today, we’re going to take a look at yet another feature of the VIP app, the app you need, the features you want. Today we’re going to look at streaming live events and the live chat feature, and this is my personal favorite. Now remember, everything I’m showing you here is available on the iPhone, the iPad, and the Samsung devices, which is what you get when you get your VIP app, and of course, you also get the desktop version. Now, streaming live events is very, very important, and the reason is regardless of what people want you to believe, attendance at live events, webinars, and Hangouts is really at an all-time low. Getting people to sign up is easy, getting people to show up is very, very difficult.
However, when you have the VIP app, you actually bring the live Google Hangouts or the live streaming video right to their iPhone, their iPad, and the Samsung, so you’re bringing the event to them rather than wishing, hoping, and praying that they come to your event. Hugely powerful. How powerful is the advantage of bringing your live events to their mobile devices? You will get anywhere from a 10 time to a 100 time increase in attendance at your events. Now, we’re going to show you a simulcast of a live event that we recently did just for an excerpt so that you can see when someone’s watching your live event, how simple it is for them to now engage with you through the live chat feature.
You’re probably saying to yourself, “But if I do a live Google Hangout, people could comment, or if I’m doing a webinar, people can comment.” Yes, you’re absolutely right, but realize this, they cannot engage with you privately. If someone’s watching your event and wants to come in as a customer, patient, or client, but they don’t want anyone to know, the comments that are usually available on the Hangout or a webinar do not serve their purpose, but being able to chat with you or your staff live totally engages them and increases on the conversion of people that actually engage with you, as again, as a patient, customer, or client. Let’s take a further look. We’re simply going to click on the icon right on the front of the iPhone, then you’re going to watch what happens right after the simulation of the live event.

Every great opportunity begins with the first step, take that step with Community Wellness Day, and the system, the official marketing program of health care professionals everywhere, and of course, the VIP app, the only application that allows you to bring your live hangouts just like this one to the smartphone, tablets, and desktops of all those people that have you in their circles. Our apps look so good, people are going to want to lick them.
Okay. First thing they do is they go to the little chat icon in the upper right hand corner, and they go in and click that. That is going to open up the chat feature, and when it opens up the chat feature, they can either sign up for the chat, and if they’ve already signed up, they will log in. Then you will know exactly who you’re chatting with because it will show up in the back office of the VIP app. Here, this is just a simulation and, of course, I’m not going to have you watch as they type in the message one finger at a time, so I’m going to speed this up and bring you right to the type of engagement that you can get in a live event.
First, thanks for being able to watch your presentation. I have learned a lot. Is it possible to get an appointment with me to bring in my entire family to get our nervous systems checked? Now, of course, realize that we’re doing this one as a simulation for a chiropractor, but any business, no matter what it is, real estate, finances, you name it, it works just as well, and it is just as powerful. Sure, all you need to do is click on the phone icon in the upper right corner and call the office right now. My assistant will be glad to set you up. Okay. Will do and thanks.
